This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of Gervale Homes.Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations at our Gervale Warehouse.Manage a diverse team, including construction staff, subcontractors, and suppliers.Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet our high-quality standards.Foster business growth by providing strong leadership and building a capable, competent team.Ensure strict adherence to all Work Health & Safety practices.Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Skills:In-depth knowledge of construction processes.Ability to read and interpret working drawings, structural engineering documents, specifications, and colour selection details.Solution-focused with strong problem-solving capabilities.Experience using construction scheduling software; familiarity with Constructor is a plus.Excellent people management and leadership skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Outstanding attention to detail.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Qualifications:Previous experience as a Construction Supervisor in the building industry or a similar role; volume building experience is highly valued.White Card (Construction Induction Card).If youre ready to make a difference and join our growing team, wed love to hear from you!Please submit your cover letter & resume directly through seek. #J-18808-Ljbffr
