The Trade Branch Manager will report to the Regional Manager. You will be responsible for the day to day management of staff, the branch, relationship management with customers and ensuring we deliver superior products and services to our builders. You will ensure delivery schedules are met and exceeded daily and your customers are always kept up to date of any delays to their orders. Relationship building and keeping those relationships alive is key to this role.
