Acting as the primary leader throughout the project lifecycle, this role oversees all workstreams, including market engagement, team leadership, process management, financial control, and business development. The Project Director works closely with sales, account management, and delivery teams to drive strategic growth within the existing client base while ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. Through strong leadership, technical expertise, and relationship management, this role plays a critical part in positioning Amicus as a trusted partner in delivering high-quality workplace solutions.Here are some examples of what youll doOwn key client relationships Set expectations, oversee contracts, and ensure successful project approvalsLead cross-functional project teams Guide designers, contract administrators, workplace strategists, and construction managers through all project phasesEnsure seamless project execution Develop and maintain project plans, workflows, and reporting processes for consistency and efficiencyDrive profitability and financial control Meet or exceed project targets, manage cash flow, and oversee financial reportingCoach and develop your team Train and mentor project team members, ensuring best practices and continuous improvementCollaborate across the business Work closely with sales, pre-construction, and operations leaders to align project goals with client expectationsChampion Amicus standards Implement procurement standards, maintain compliance, and drive best practices in design and deliveryHere is what will make you ideal for the roleA minimum of 5+ years Project Management experience, preferably with a Design and Construct CompanyIdeally workspace fit-out experienceWorking knowledge of IT Systems such as Word, Excel, MS Project and ideally an ERP management toolFormal qualifications in Project Management or Construction Management are preferred, but not essentialYou have successfully managed complex projects, leading diverse teams and delivering outstanding resultsYou can confidently engage clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure alignment and successYou thrive in structured environments, leveraging systems and best practices to streamline project deliveryYou enjoy mentoring others, continuously improving, and working with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goalsHow to applyClick Quick apply and follow the stepsContact Person: Kate Branagan (Please note: No agency inquiries, thank you).Amicus.
