You will:Deliver high-quality training and assessment to adult learners, guiding them from commencement to the successful completion of their qualificationFacilitate engaging learning experiences in both face-to-face (Kyabram and surrounding region) and virtual classroomsDeliver highly regarded qualifications including: Certificate IV in Leisure & Health Certificate IV in Ageing Support Certificate IV in Disability Certificate III in Individual SupportSupport students with assessments and provide meaningful feedbackComplete required workplace observations with students in their workplace/placement organisationCollaborate with a knowledgeable and supportive teamUndertake tailored regular professional development alongside our talented trainersAbout You:We are looking for industry professionals who are passionate about training & assessing and have:A minimum of 2 years of industry experience in the community services sectorA strong understanding of both theory and practiceTAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent/higher qualification)Relevant qualifications in Leisure & Health, Aged Care, Disability, and/or NursingThe right to live and work in AustraliaA current National Police Check, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening CheckUp-to-date Flu and COVID vaccinationsA working laptop and monitorThe capacity to travel to Kyabram and surrounding region for in-person training and workplace observationsAvailability to deliver a minimum of 3 classes per week, including eveningsProficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, and WordApply Today!If you''re ready to take your career to the next level and inspire the future of community services, we want to hear from you!
