We make everyday count.About the Role:Were seeking an experienced HR Generalist with people management experience to oversee human resources, industrial relations, and recruitmentensuring our people and culture align with RPFs strategic vision. This hands-on generalist role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture at our Mooroopna fruit packing facility.Key ResponsibilitiesLead talent management recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention of top talent.Oversee employee relations drive a positive workplace culture, manage conflicts, and handle performance management.Implement learning and leadership development programs and ensure effective performance management processes.Promote and maintain a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and engagement.Manage labour relations build relationships with unions, employee representatives, and key stakeholders.Develop and update HR policies to align with industry standards and company objectives.Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory frameworks.What Youll NeedBachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (masters preferred).Proven HR leadership experience, ideally within manufacturing or a similar industry.Strong knowledge of employment law, industrial relations, and HR best practice.Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.Proficiency in HR software and tools, including MS Suite.Ability to balance strategic HR leadership with hands-on execution.AHRI certification is highly desirable.Apply now and take the next step in your career with us!
