PRIO QLD Cairns Evening SupervisorApply locations Cairns Queensland time type Full time posted on Posted Yesterday time left to apply End Date: April 13, 2025 (10 days left to apply) job requisition id R66473About the roleWorking hours 12 noon to 8pm Monday to Friday.The position of Evening Operations Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of safety, performance, resourcing, reporting and team leadership of the operation at our Cairns depot.This is a leadership position that has a particular focus on ensuring the consistent application of standards, attitudes, and behaviours within the team environment, at line and peer group level.Critical to this role is the ability to plan and coordinate daily activities and hold team members to account. Further this position plays an important role in achieving daily KPIs and identifying/ actioning process improvements, along with engaging support from other functional leads.What youll doSafety Leadership - Ensure that all team members adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety standards.Team Leadership and Coordination - Proactively lead the team, setting and maintaining work standards and behaviours, holding team members to account.
