We combine strategic and operational expertise with deep technical knowledge to support developers, sponsors, lenders, and project leaders to select, structure, improve and execute Capital Projects in a more efficient and sustainable way.We are looking to expand into our Brisbane and recruit further in our Perth offices. We are looking for Director Senior Director levels to join the team to work on infrastructure & capital project engagements supporting clients to deliver large capex programs and projects.Role & Responsibilities:Participate in the execution of major infrastructure projects, contributing to timely and high-quality outcomes.Contribute to the development of detailed work plans, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and quality.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the delivery of services.Assist in data consolidation and analysis for critical insights within the capital projects industry.Participate in presentations and client interactions, conveying information clearly and effectively.Engage in different project solutions, collaborating with colleagues and clients across different sectors.Respond proactively to project demands and anticipate actions crucial for project success.Develop an understanding of the capital projects industry''s unique challenges and opportunities.What are we looking for:Bachelor/master''s degree in engineering or related field/s.The ideal candidate will have prior experience in consulting firms, with strong business acumen, be a self-starter, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proven experience in capital projects solutions and infrastructure project management.Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required.Availability for travel requirements.Ability to facilitate analyses to guide project delivery, proposing action plans and demonstrating confidence in decision-making.Ability to utilise creative thinking to co-create with clients, offering internal solutions or new business opportunities to address their needs.Special Characteristics:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to articulate to senior members of target management, client representatives and colleagues.Solid understanding of technical concepts, particularly within capital projects management.Highly analytical and problem-solving mindset.Strong project management and negotiation skills.Deep business development and client management skills.Team-oriented personality.Professional in style and exercises good judgment and decision-making.Motivated and effective in a fast-paced culture. #J-18808-Ljbffr
