The Team This national Workplace practice is recognised for its expertise across employment, industrial relations, underpayment of wages, workplace investigations, human rights, WHS, and global mobility law. They partner with major domestic and international clients, as well as public sector organisations, handling some of the most market-leading matters. About You A minimum of 3 years'' experience in employment, industrial relations, workplace investigations, or related fields (or similar experience in high-level commercial litigation with an interest in employment law) Significant industrial relations experience, including enterprise bargaining (for Senior Associates) A client-focused approach and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues Leadership skills, including mentoring and delegating to junior staff An interest in contributing to business development initiatives This team offers flexible working options to support work-life balance, along with a range of social, financial, and health benefits, including free gym membership - all with no minimum tenure.
