Fimmano Lawyers is seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Lawyer for a part-time remote position.What you''ll be doingAdvising clients on all aspects of family lawPreparing and reviewing legal documents such as applications, affidavits, and settlement documentsRepresenting clients in court proceedings including mediations and hearingsConducting legal research and analysis to support client casesProviding exceptional client service and maintaining strong client relationshipsCollaborating with the Principal Solicitor to deliver high-quality outcomes for clientsWhat we''re looking forAdmission to practice as a solicitor in NSWMinimum 5 years PQE experience in family lawExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise and provide support to clients during emotional situationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and find creative solutionsProficient in legal research, document drafting, and case managementCommitment to delivering high-quality, client-focused servicesCommitment to alternative dispute resolutionAppearing in court for Mentions, Hearings and ConferencesProficient computer skills - Outlook, Word and reasonable typing skillsExperience using LEAP (not a requirement but an advantage)About usWe are passionate about providing exceptional legal services and achieving the best possible outcomes for our clients.
