The company operates in over 70 locations worldwide and is headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.About the Role:Enerflex is seeking a dedicated and experienced National HSEQ Manager to lead and manage our Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental systems within Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining, and supervising HSEQ policies and procedures in alignment with our ISO Certification and global standards.Key Responsibilities:Design, implement, maintain and manage Enerflex Australia''s HSEQ Management System.Develop and implement best in class quality and safety practices which drive a strong quality focus and a zero-harm safety culture.Provide recommendations and counsel to the Senior Management Team on emerging quality and safety issues and opportunities.Provide legislative and regulatory advice on HSEQ matters.Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 45001, and 14001 standards.Develop and maintain internal procedures, policies, and guidelines.Improve and maintain incident management systems.Conduct HSEQ inspections, incident reports, and investigations.Develop and deliver internal health and safety programs.Prepare HSEQ documentation for bids and tenders.Conduct internal HSEQ audits and prepare for external audits.Manage safety compliance requirements for contractors.Complete weekly and monthly HSEQ statistical reporting.Routinely engage with Enerflex HSE Global Functional Lead to ensure alignment and conformance to Enerflex Enterprise HSE standards and practices, where relevant and practicable.People Management:Provide direction and leadership to the HSEQ team.Support recruitment and retention of HSEQ talent.High level engagement and cooperation with Operations (Employees, Supervisors, Managers) to promote HSEQ and ensure compliance.Manage performance and conduct quality performance reviews.Ensure strong communication channels within and between teams.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor''s degree in occupational health & safety or equivalent.Minimum 7 years'' experience in the resource industry or similar role.Prior leadership experience at a country level.Strong leadership skills to initiate change and maintain a world-class quality and safety culture.Proven experience in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles will be advantageous.Certified Safety Professional (CSP) preferred.Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of an organisation.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to manipulate data to create meaningful information.Ability to manage multiple projects and sites.Working Conditions:Office-based role with visits to workshops and field sites.Travel required, including potential stays in camp sites.About Enerflex: Enerflex is committed to transforming energy for a sustainable future.
