The Bar supervisor will be responsible for running the Sky Garden Bars in the afternoons and evenings.This position requires skills in many positions that hospitality has to offer.. Requirements. - Minimum 12 months working as a supervisor/bar manager in a similar fast- paced environment.. - Passion to motivate, train, and manage bar staff to deliver excellent service. . - Good knowledge of classic cocktails.. - Compliance with alcohol regulations, health and safety standards, and other relevant laws. . - Fluent in spoken and written English.. - Ability to manage a team in a very busy environment.. - Adaptability to changing situations and customer preferences.. . .
