This is a key leadership role where you will drive best-practice maintenance and reliability initiatives.The RoleReporting to the Manufacturing & Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:Overseeing all maintenance services at one of the companys largest and most complex sites.Leading a team of 8 directly within the trade team, fostering engagement and professional growth.Identifying and managing asset reliability risks while implementing best-practice maintenance strategies.Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance and efficiency.Developing and executing maintenance strategies to meet key KPIs, including OEE, machine reliability, uptime, and OH&S compliance.Your Experience & SkillsTo be successful in this role, you will have:A Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or a relevant Trade Qualification, along with proven leadership experience in maintenance teams.Hands-on experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments such as food, beverage, packaging, or building products.A strong track record in developing and implementing proactive and preventative maintenance strategies.Formal training in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies, including 5S, Lean, and/or Six Sigma.Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a leadership style that fosters a high-performing team culture.Whats On Offer?A dynamic leadership role in a nationally recognised company.The opportunity to shape and optimise maintenance operations in a high-growth environment.Career progression opportunities.Interested?For a confidential discussion about this role, contact Matthew Franke at Blackbook Executive on (03) 9823 7421. #J-18808-Ljbffr
