You would be required to provide administration support to the areas of Conference & Events Sales, Property Management Systems team, Revenue and Distributions team, and Group Accommodation team.What will you bring to the team?Youll bring experience ideally in sales administration, understanding the fast-paced nature and high attention to detail required. Youll also bring:Outstanding organisation skills whilst balancing competing priorities.Strong communication skills with a range of stakeholders, both written and verbal.Customer focus, constant focus on positive interactions and improving customer experience.Proficient skills in the Microsoft Office suite of programs.Diploma or tertiary level qualification in Hospitality Management, Administration, Tourism, Events Management or similar is desirable; or equivalent practical work experience.What you can expect from usThis is an opportunity to join a busy high-performance team, based at iconic Wrest Point Hotel & Casino.
