Our Federal Government Client is seeking a Senior Salesforce DevOps Engineer to join their well-established team. This role is a 12-month contract with a 1x12 extension option. There is also a hybrid working arrangement available (Minimum 3 days in the office, 2 days WFH). This role is open to ALL states: ACT, NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA, TAS, and NT. This role is open to Australian Citizens with the ability to obtain NV1 Security Clearance.12-month contract with a 1x12 extension optionHybrid working arrangement available (Minimum 3 days in the office, 2 days WFH)Open to ALL states: ACT, NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA, TAS, and NTOpen to Australian CitizensAbility to obtain NV1 Security ClearancePaxus pays weeklyTo be successful in this role you must:Maintain and configure Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Digital Experience applications.Exhibit a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build end-to-end automated processes using declarative tools.Investigate and troubleshoot OmniStudio components including FlexCards, Omniscripts, data raptors, and integration procedures.Perform ongoing system administration including maintaining users, monitoring application metrics, managing Salesforce configurations, and ensuring data integrity.Deploy changes via the existing DevOps framework.Perform interrogation of various log sources to investigate issues.Evaluate new releases of Salesforce to determine functionality requirements and provide detailed information on how changes will apply to all affected departments/users.Develop and maintain documentation on processes and configuration.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders across various disciplines (business, architecture, data, etc.).Work within an Agile delivery methodology.Troubleshoot API and integration issues with different applications, e.g., MuleSoft.Develop meaningful event monitoring and alerting.Facilitate knowledge transfer and training within the team.To be considered for this role you must have:Demonstrable experience providing technical support for Experience Cloud.Exposure to HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an added advantage.Platform Developer 1 Certification or Vlocity Certification will be a standout.Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development will be highly regarded.At least 5 years'' experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.Experience/Exposure with Salesforce Industries including OmniStudio.Exposure to OOPs and Apex (Triggers, Controller, Classes) for debugging and managing minor enhancements.Hands-on experience with version control, branching, and metadata deployments.Certified Salesforce Admin ADM201 or ADM211 & Platform App Builder.Please reference Job Number #268679 when enquiring for this role.To be considered for the role, click the ''apply'' button or for more information about this and other opportunities, please contact Irina Alrogi on +612 6151 9203 or email ialrogi@paxus.com.au and quote the above job reference number.Paxus values diversity and welcomes applications from Indigenous Australians, people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, and people living with a disability.
