In this role, you''ll have dual accountabilities, Premium Client Management & Business Development, that when successfully executed come together to deliver the single goal of growing the overall premium clients & active traders at Blueberry. The position will provide a high level of client management (both Partners & HNW Active Traders), customer service and technical expertise to our clients while also being creative in procuring and prospecting new partnerships through omni-channel engagement.To thrive in this role, you''ll be a natural relationship builder who doesnt shy away from picking up the phone. You''ll provide general commentary on financial markets and your strong understanding of trading strategies, risk management, and key market events allow you to engage potential clients and partner with them to master the trade, growing your book of high-value clients.Job DescriptionKey AccountabilitiesA Premium Client Manager holds responsibilities focused on providing exceptional service to high-value clients and ensuring their needs are met effectively. Here are some key accountabilities:Proactively seek to introduce new clients to Blueberrys products and services, including Prospecting potential partners and converting them through to Blueberry Partners.Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences.Leverage existing relationships with clients to gain client referrals.Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective business and proactively manage through the various sales stages through to conversion.Maintain relationships with new and existing clients, fully reflecting the high quality of the premium client proposition.Provide expertise when setting and adjusting spreads and commissions for High-Net-Worth clients and Introducing Brokers.Making yourself available to call international leads at least 6 hours per weekMaking yourself available outside of work hours (at times) to high-value clientsProvide a higher level of service to our premium clients and ensure they are not neglected.Grow our premium client base through onboarding, upgrading, and retaining premiums.This role is integral to fostering long-term client loyalty and driving business growth from the premium client segment.Individually and with Managers, ensure understanding and engagement with vision, purpose, and strategic and stakeholder considerations at Manager and Team levels.Demonstrate advanced levels of competence in leadership capabilities required of the position.Engage, support, motivate and develop capability and potential in others.Attract, retain, and develop talent to complement Blueberrys values and behaviours.Reward and recognise good performance aligned to Blueberrys values and goals and manage poor performance in a timely manner.Be an ambassador for Blueberry in the market; promote our interests and reputation.Follow our policies, procedures, and code of Ethics and Conduct.Protect our confidential information and intellectual property.Play an active role in your safety and the safety of others around you.Inspire confidence and urgency within the department and across the team for the delivery of timely, high-quality service to internal and external customers.Foster a culture of continuous improvement.Continuously drive agility and flexibility in responding to market and industry changes.Desired Skills and ExperienceQualificationsTertiary qualification in Business, Finance or related field or related discipline preferred.ExperienceMinimum 3 years experience in a similar role, ideally in a phone sales environment.Previous experience as an account manager dealing with high-net-worth clients, IB and institutional clients.Understanding of financial markets, financial investments, and detailed understanding of various trading strategies.Excellent experience in sales, building strong client relationships and influencing skills.Organized and methodical in your client management.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that allow you to negotiate, resolve conflict and overcome challenges.Sound decision making and critical thinkingAbility to manage and proactively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.Experience with MetaTrader4 and MetaTrader5 software #J-18808-Ljbffr
