Your responsibilities will include:Working on weekly rotating shifts day, afternoon & nightEnsuring adherence to safe work practices, housekeeping standards, site policies and proceduresOverseeing the production of quality products in a timely mannerOperating equipment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Assisting in training staff as requiredManaging a team of skilled operators and ensuring strict adherence to quality standards and food safety regulationsTo excel in this role, you''ll need a keen eye for detail, excellent leadership skills, and a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
