This role is fully remote, based in Melbourne servicing primarily Victoria-based clients. Reporting directly to the General Manager, your core responsibility will be the organisation, scheduling, and coordination of support workers to maintain consistent and high-quality support. You will contribute to the teams success by:Coordinating and actioning client service requests and bookings in line with ATZ Care''s policies and guidelinesProviding Support Coordination Services to clients where requiredMonitoring client funding and renewal processesAllocating, coordinating, and deploying rosters in alignment with carer availability and client budgetsManaging feedback, complaints, and incidents from clients and support workersBuilding strong relationships through regular communication with clients, support workers, families, and other stakeholdersMonitoring and answering new potential client enquiries regarding available service provision and pricingHandling calls and emails effectively and in a timely mannerThis role is also responsible for providing direct client-facing care where the roster requires, from last minute shift changes etc., so your experience in this space is a must.RequirementsRequirementsTo be considered for this role, we require you to hold:Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (or higher)Certificate IV in Disability, Community Service, Aged Care (preferred)NDIS Worker Screening CheckNational Police CheckWorking with Children CheckFirst Aid certificate and CPRNDIS Workers Orientation (preferred)Eligibility to work in AustraliaCurrent full Drivers licenseCompetencies and Experience:Previous experience in a similar role Minimum of 2 years relevant experienceKnowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is highly desirablePrevious experience supporting People with Disability and Home CareDemonstrated proficient written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision and collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team.Ability to prioritise effectively and organise own work / caseload.Demonstrated commitment to professional development, quality improvement and evidence-based practice.Pay rates vary based on the day of the week & shift type for Carer role, but rest assured we like to recognise our team members'' skills & experience.
