About The RoleReporting to the Lead Maintenance Planning, you will be joining our Pellet Plant Maintenance team and be responsible for planning preventative maintenance, breakdowns, shutdowns and the accurate monitoring and ordering of parts and consumables.Key Responsibilities But Not Limited ToPlan and schedule corrective and preventive maintenance activities by task and priority level for safe, quality, and cost-effective work executionManage notifications, work orders, time confirmation and documentation for plant asset maintenance using SAPOrganise and monitor parts, materials and external contractor services to ensure availability for the scheduled shutdown worksPrepare work packages for routine maintenance tasksManage maintenance documentation including work orders, asset history, and parts inventoryMonitor spare parts inventory and manage stock levels to prevent delays in maintenance activitiesObtain parts quotes, raise requisitions, and maintain site registersWork closely with operations and reliability teams to identify and resolve issues impacting plant performanceLiaise with suppliers and stakeholders for repairs and servicesProvide technical support to employees on using SAPUndertake task supervisor responsibilitiesKey Skills RequiredPrevious experience in a maintenance roleTrade/ engineering qualification in electrical/ mechanical is preferredStrong technical knowledge of plant equipmentProven ability to supervise contractor tasks in a maintenance environmentExperience using SAP and Microsoft ProjectSolid understanding of WH&S regulations and the ability to minimise equipment downtimeHigh level of organizational skillsStrong communication skills and a proactive approach to safety and teamworkKey BenefitsBelow are some of our key central benefits that are available to all employees.
