Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay rangeA$110,000.00/yr - A$110,000.00/yrAs a Digital Consultant at Cocentric, you will be responsible for developing and delivering employee engagement strategies to support the deployment and implementation of digital channels for new and existing clients. This includes market-leading employee experience platforms and our own software, Connect by Cocentric.A Digital Consultant will use a strong understanding of all products offered by Cocentric to take a lead role in deploying, implementing, and supporting clients. This role will focus on helping businesses find innovative ways to engage employees and build a culture of sharing. This role will be responsible for leading the adoption success of some of our biggest clients while also supporting Sales, Digital Consulting, and Technical Teams.RESPONSIBILITIESPlanning and StrategyDevelop implementation plans, estimate effort and resources as part of understanding the client scope and delivery requirements.Support clients in developing a comprehensive channels strategy that gets the most out of their current investments.Customer SuccessStrengthen client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings.Identify areas for growth and expansion with current customers.Deliver regular check-ins with customers to address concerns and provide product updates/support. Gather feedback and ensure continuous improvements to meet customer needs.Turn customers into advocates by building case studies and encouraging customer referrals.Training and SupportDevelop and deliver training programs to ensure that end-users are comfortable and proficient with the new systems or processes.Support the clients technical teams with their deployments, answering questions and advising on process.Provide ongoing support through change management during the transition period to address any issues and ensure a smooth adoption.Supporting New BusinessCollaborate closely with the sales team to support the outreach efforts and assisting throughout the presales process to build new client relationships.Develop an understanding and build expertise in the proposal process support the presales process by being able to write, review, and sign off proposals for new projects.Become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Cocentrics supported platforms, helping to show the value proposition of each platform to potential new clients.Coordination and ExecutionLead client engagement and co-ordination of multiple projects, including designing the delivery of workshops and training sessions by consultants.Oversee delivery of deployments and implementation of all offered Cocentric products.Oversee client projects within the team from a project management perspective, helping to ensure projects are delivered on-time and in scope.Ensure that all implementation activities adhere to our standards and best practices.Maintain comprehensive documentation of the implementation process, including plans, schedules, risk assessments, and reports.Quality Assurance and Data AnalysisEnsure that all implementation activities adhere to organisational standards and best practices.Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the success of the project and identify areas for improvement.Continue to develop and implement the Industry Data Benchmarking offering and expand this to cover market trends and supported platforms.SKILLSProven success in digital discovery, platform deployment and support across a number of different organisations.Effective communication skills with the ability to create strong relationships with stakeholders and work collaboratively within Cocentric and client teams.A proven track record of managing multiple client projects simultaneously.To be a strong problem solver and comfortable working with uncertainty. Able to conduct research and analysis and apply tools and methodologies such as design thinking to unpack complex problems for our clients.Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.Attention to detail to ensure all aspects of the implementation are addressed.Ability to work closely with technical teams to ensure successful implementation.3-5 years of experience in consultancy.BENEFITSFlexible Hybrid Working29 days annual leave, including a day off for your birthday, plus bank holidays.
