We are seeking an experienced Forklift & Plant Trainer to join our team in Oberon.About the roleWe are looking for an experienced Trainer to join our team in Oberon where you will be responsible for delivering training and assessing competency across our range of High Risk Work training areas with a focus on the use of Forklifts and various pieces of heavy plant equipment on site.In this role you will be responsible for:Delivering and developing internal training programsConducting on-site training with new and existing employeesEnsuring employees are trained to operate in line with company standardsMaintaining current industry knowledge and skills for the various mobile plant being our employees will be trained inThis position is located at our facility in Oberon; however, it may require some travel to other sites as required.About youTo succeed in this role you will have:A current forklift licence and extensive forklift experience (Linde forklift experience would be an advantage)Experience in the use of and training on other mobile plant would be an advantage but is not a strict requirementFormal qualifications in training and assessmentA strong understanding of Workplace Health and Safety legislationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent time management and organisational skillsWith the sustained growth of our company, there has never been a better time to join Borg.As part of the selection process, applicants must be prepared to undergo a pre-employment medical examination which includes functional, audiometric, drug and alcohol testing. #J-18808-Ljbffr
