Working closely with a team of skilled professionals, youll ensure that projects are delivered within budget, on time, and to the Swietelsky quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage rail infrastructure projects from initiation to completion.Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project delivery.Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.Skills and ExperienceA degree in Engineering or a related field.Proven experience in project management, preferably within the rail or construction industry.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Familiarity with relevant safety, compliance standards and legislation in rail projects.Proficiency in project management tools and software.Seniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Project Management and Information TechnologyIndustries: Railroad Equipment ManufacturingCompetitive salary and benefits package.
