As one of the largest firms worldwide, they offer wide industry expertise in a variety of practice areas.Their long history in the legal space has earned wide recognition over the years, and therefore have been awarded several times by independent legal directories such as Legal500, Chambers Asia-Pacific and Lawyers Weekly.The TeamOur client''s Competition team acts for clients across a range of industries on diverse transactional, advisory, and dispute resolution matters.Specialising in both contentious and non-contentious aspects of Australian and Asia Pacific competition law, the team often works on aspects such as large-scale internal investigations for regulatory compliance, handling merger clearance applications, advising on pricing, supply and distribution agreements, commercial disputes, and general contract disputes.The team is looking to hire a Senior Associate with at least 5 years'' post-admission experience in Competition Law for their Melbourne practice.The role will involve advising major global and local clients on various aspects of competition and consumer law.
