We are on the lookout for a highly experienced leader who can manage a team, drive performance, and help us achieve our strategic vision.Reporting to the State Manager, you will be part of the WA/SA/NT Leadership Team and play a key role in managing a portfolio of claims, maintaining exceptional relationships with key partners, and ensuring the delivery of outstanding service. Your leadership will ensure we continue to exceed expectations and deliver best-in-class claims management.Your primary objective will be to proactively manage claims and foster exceptional satisfaction across key partnerships. Youll support the Claims Leadership and State Management teams to meet their goals while driving improvements in the claims process and service delivery.Key Responsibilities:People Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop your team to ensure the operational plan is executed effectively.Claims Portfolio Management & Operations: Manage a portfolio of strata claims through SCIs established processes and procedures.Strategic and Market Management: Contribute to the achievement of strategic goals such as Finalisation Rates, Claims Duration, and Peer Reviews.Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all activities comply with internal policies and external regulations.Experience & Qualifications:Proven experience in leading teams and driving operational excellence.Tertiary qualifications or relevant professional experience in General Insurance, Property, and Strata Insurance (highly regarded).Strong ability to meet and exceed customer service targets.Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and lead teams through change.Must be an Australian/New Zealand citizen or Australian permanent resident.Why Join Us?Strata Community Insurance is at the heart of our business.
