This role puts you right in the heart of the action, offering top-notch service and support to our wonderful guests.You''ll be the go-to person for all consumer facing touch points on resort, from welcoming visitors at the Resort Entry to helping them have a blast outside on the Toboggan runs. You''ll also lend a hand in the Rental department, snow sports area, retail shops, and food & beverage outlets, ensuring everyone has an unforgettable experience!Answering guest queries with a smile and providing accurate, helpful information about our fantastic facilities and services will be your forte, all whilst working in a fun, dynamic team!Lake Mountain Alpine Resort is a family-orientated snow play park. It has the distinction of being the closest alpine snow resort to Melbourne, just a short 2 hours drive from the city centre.Dont miss this opportunity, apply today!Key accountabilities:Provide high-level customer service to visitors and guests across all areas of the resort.Respond to guest enquiries with accurate information about the facilities and services, in line with policies and procedures.Proactively work with the team to set-up, carry out and pack-up operational offerings throughout visitor services, in a timely fashion.Perform resort entry duties that include processing guest entry to the resort, providing direction regarding snow chain requirements and fitting/hire.Skills, experience and qualifications:Prior experience in customer service, tourism or visitor information.Prior experience in a front-of-house customer service role or food and beverage role.Exceptional communication skills.Reliable, hard working and a team player.Ability to carry out repetitious tasks and be on your feet for long periods of time within an alpine environment, with a variety of weather conditions you may be exposed to.Need more details?
