For over a century, we''ve been crafting innovative, high-quality products for homes and offices, including market-leading brands like Caroma, Methven and Clark.We are seeking an experienced Customer Service and Warranty Coordinator to join our After Sales and Service team as a After Sales & Service Representative in Derrimut on a permanent full-time basis.Your roleIn this role your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Handling a high volume of inbound customer calls and being prepared to make outbound calls when required.Providing support to our customers in resolving product warranty issues in a timely and professional manner.Seeking additional technical assistance from our onsite Quality Assurance.Addressing and planning any customer dissatisfaction in relation to product or service.Managing and diagnosing customer warranty requests.Resolving product or service problems by clarifying customer needs, troubleshooting and selecting and explaining the best solution.Providing outstanding customer service and product advice.Ensuring that our customer records on the Microsoft D365 system are kept up to date.Managing day-to-day requirements; including processing work orders and invoices and arranging selected suspected product returns.Reviewing and updating procedures to ensure they are understood and followed.Ensuring that claims are managed effectively as well as reporting on issues, statistics, and procedures.Taking responsibility for safety and wellbeing.About youIt would be great if you come from the plumbing industry, so you know the difference between a close coupled pan or a concealed cistern, but if not, a great onboarding program is provided along with full training to set you up for success!Along with your previous experience in a similar role, were looking for the following skills and experience:3+ years of experience in Customer Service, specifically in Warranty and After Sales.Confidence in conflict resolution and problem solving.A passion for customer service and being known as someone customers enjoy talking to.Strong technical aptitude and computer skills (preferably with Microsoft).Enjoyment in communicating effectively with internal and external customers.And most importantly, enjoyment in working in a team environment.About usAt GWA, we''re not just a companywe''re a supportive community committed to making everyday water experiences extraordinary.
