You will be a conduit between our Allianz Partners and subsidiaries and have strong communication skills that will enable the businesses to bring together cohesive business decisions which are beneficial for customers and partners alike. This role is 100% remote working but you must reside in Sydney as you will be traveling between Allianz Partner sites and client meetings.Job Responsibilities:You will be an exceptional relationship manager and have the technical ability to source, analyse and present data driven insights / reporting in a meaningful and engaging way.Were looking for someone who can not only create reports but can communicate the insights in a way that prompts stakeholders at all levels of the business to take action providing the what, why and how.Hold a consistent growth mindset.In this role you will provide general support and coordination assistance to the Head of Allianz Solutions.Key Responsibilities:Provide real time, accurate and true analytics, data analysis.Manipulation of sales data and run regular and adhoc reporting through optimisation of insights to both internal and external parties.Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of Allianz Solutions, including calendar management, meeting coordination and general administrative tasks.Preparation of strategic content, market research, collating business information and proposals.Management in resolving Partner concerns and complaints.Working with business to understand, resolve and develop solutions to address underlying issues that cause complaints.Work cross-functionally with other teams to understand issues, trends and opportunities within our sales pipeline to improve the communication back to the business.Coordination of contract execution of Sales through the business using our internal CRM.Supporting specific business lines within Account Management.Distributing Allianz advisories and other partner communications.Participation in the closure of the Sales compliance issues.General day-to-day support for external partners, the sales leadership team, Strategic Account Managers and the wider Sales & Distribution team with enquiries.Identifying efficiency gains and streamline process improvements.Key stakeholders Global Management, GM, SAM, Engagement, BD, Marketing Sales analysts are the glue that hold the team together in working with Operations in contact Centre, Claims, OM, Finance and BI.What background we are looking for?Solid understanding of business reporting/ data analysis.A problem solving and analytical nature.A demonstrated ability to prioritise and achieve strict deadlines.Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet strict time frames to manage relationships and identify and develop business opportunities.The ability to work autonomously and remotely whilst still retaining strong team engagement and collaborative approach.A sound understanding of the Stakeholder Management function.Excellent presentation skills as well as verbal and non-verbal communication skills.Proven strong technical skills including advanced Microsoft Office.Demonstrated ability to work autonomously within a highly collaborative team environment.Prior experience in a Customer Liaison role or Customer Service role.Allianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
