You will build strong relationships with our residents, families, and Care Staff contributing to the optimisation of resident choice and essentially creating a strong sense of home in accordance with our values supporting our residents'' quality of life.The LocationKempsey, New South Wales, is a charming town situated on the Mid North Coast of the state. Kempsey is conveniently located midway between Sydney and Brisbane, making it an ideal location to live along the East Coast of Australia.What You Will DoPreparation and presentation of dietary services, including meals and drinksAssisting the chef with meal preparation, cleaning, and general kitchen dutiesDistribution of meals to residents & dining room servicesAll aspects of cleaning throughout the resident rooms and facilityCompleting required documentation and reportingEnsure handwashing supplies are available and replenishedContribute to an effective laundry service including item checking & labellingWhat you will bringExperience gained in a similar role, preferably within an Aged Care setting (not essential)Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skillsCurrently hold an NDIS Check (or willing to obtain)Please note - Covid Vaccinations are NO longer a requirementMust hold full rights to work within AustraliaAn understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes highly regarded but not essential #J-18808-Ljbffr
