Each staff role is intentionally created to align with our core values, fostering collaboration and inclusivity within our church community.Summary of PositionThe Outreach Pastor is responsible for enhancing existing outreach activities and developing new ones, strengthening partnerships, actively participating in Sunday services through preaching and MCing, and contributing to the From This Hill mission support team.Other tasks include developing and maintaining ministry policies, providing peer mentoring, managing budgets, and offering spiritual support through prayer. Effectively, this individual serves as a vital link between the churchs internal community and its outward engagement with the broader world.This is recognised as a part-time position of 2 days per week and is offered as a pastoral role: As a pastoral position, the salary would equate with the benefits and pay as outlined within the NSW & ACT Baptist Pay Recommendations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
