Process Operator (Fugal Operator) - Invicta MillDiscover Your Next RoleAs a Fugal Operator at Wilmar Sugar & Renewables, you will be working as part of our sugar production team, where you''ll transform raw ingredients into high-quality sugar while having a blast! The Burdekin region offers a fantastic lifestyle with a warm climate, beautiful beaches, and a range of recreational activities, making it a great place to live and work.Your Role in ActionProduce Raw Sugar and C seed/magma that consistently satisfies customer expectations with respect to technical and quality specifications.Produce quality sugar in such a manner so as not to cause delays to pan stage operations.Sample, inspect and perform basic analysis on sugar and molasses streams, and maintain up-to-date records.Separate sugar from molasses with minimal losses of sugar into the molasses stream.Remelt C sugar in excess of the pan stage requirements.Monitor syrup/magma/massecuite stocks and inform the pan stage operators when levels are abnormal.Regular inspection of plant, equipment, and completion of maintenance requests.Completion of log books, charts, and any other data collection required by management.Work in conjunction with the Pan Boilers, Shift Leaders, and others as necessary.Maintain high levels of housekeeping around the fugal station.Your Winning CombinationOur ideal candidate will have confined space entry and working safely at heights certificates and a great can-do attitude.
