This role is designed to provide valuable leadership insights and hands-on experience, preparing you for future opportunities such as Assistant Store Leader or Store Leader. Youll focus on optimizing retail operations, driving business performance, and supporting the leadership team in delivering exceptional customer experiences while achieving business goals.What Youll be doingAs our Retail Leader in Training, youll:Support your Store Leader in executing strategies to drive sales and achieve KPIsActively participate in the execution of visual merchandising guidelines to maximize store performanceAssist in managing stock control processes, including cycle exits, and ensuring that the backroom supports easy replenishmentLead by example in driving customer conversion through consistent application of the We Think Customer standardsHelp to execute business initiatives such as store promotions, product launches, and customer attraction strategiesAssist the Store Leader and Assistant Store Leader in coaching and developing team members to improve individual and store performanceProvide clear communication to the team regarding daily store goals, promotional activities, and operational changesTake ownership of the Daily Planner to ensure smooth store operations and assist in the opening and closing of the storeLead by example in managing e-learning completion and ensuring team engagement with learning resourcesMaintain strong product knowledge and upsell Lorna Jane products with confidence and style to meet the customers needsEngage with customers to create meaningful relationships that contribute to the growth of the stores customer baseWho Were Looking ForWere seeking someone who has:Previous experience in a fast-paced retail or customer-centric environmentExceptional sales ability and customer service skillsDemonstrated ability to work effectively within a teamAbility to communicate effectively with a focus on clarity and intentionA drive to be results-oriented and exceed business targetsA solution-focused approach who can adapt to changeOur Commitment to youAt Lorna Jane, were committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels valued and included.
