We support this through our Retail, Community Services, Enterprise and Corporate divisions.About the roleJoin our Retail Team as an Area Manager for a portfolio of remote Northern Territory supermarket retail stores and lead your Store Managers to success. Working closely with the Merchandise and Nutrition Teams to drive sales and nutritional outcomes.The role also provides variety, its not all retail! ALPA Stores play a pivotal role in duties which support remote First Nations communities, for example, assisting with Board meetings, grant applications, and stakeholder engagement.You will join a team of strong and dedicated Area Managers who work together to drive positive results. This really is a retail job with a difference where training and support will be provided. Please note, that as our stores are located in some of the most remote parts of Australia, you will be required to travel by small planes on a regular basis to work with your Store Managers.About youHave you reached a senior level in retail operations and are now looking for your next challenge?
