You will be responsible for all operational aspects of the Residential Facility, ensuring that the best possible level of care is given to each resident. Through your expert people management skills, you will support the staff to provide optimum levels of care, develop professional capabilities and enable quality living experiences. You will balance your manager responsibilities to maximize funding income, operate within budget parameters, ensuring compliance and Aged Care standards are met.About YouReporting to the NSW Area Manager Residential, you will be part of the McLean Care Sapphire Leadership Team (SLT), working within a supported network with five (5) other facility managers.
