Our Customer Care Team is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to facilitate collaboration between teams to ensure a unified approach to customer data management.The Data Integrity and Support Officer is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the accuracy of customer profiles and associated data within the Citys CRM systems. Reporting to the Customer Experience Lead, the primary focus of this role is to ensure data contained within the legacy and new CRM system is in sync by meticulously reviewing and analysing data sets whilst promoting, supporting and modelling customer centric behaviours in all interactions.Your covering letter will need to address the following key criteria:Experience performing data analysis tasks (root cause analysis, validation, verification and data management) to accurately identify and resolve data integrity issues.Knowledge and experience working with CRM systems and data analysis tools.Experience in documentation of step-by-step business procedures, policies and protocols.Experience within a contemporary customer service, contact centre, or related environment.Experience in local government regulatory-related (compliance, audit) area and/or equivalent work experience.If you are interested, we would like to hear from you.
