They provide product knowledge and assist with merchandise selection. The role aims to ensure a positive shopping experience and meet sales goals.Key Responsibilities:Showroom Tasks:Client Consultation: Engage with customers visiting the showroom, understand their office furniture needs, and provide personalised recommendations based on their requirements and budget.Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of JasonL office furniture products and offerings, including features, benefits, and customisation options, to effectively educate and assist showroom walk-ins.Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the showroom is well-groomed, organised, and visually appealing to create an inviting and informative on-brand showroom.Team Work: Collaborate effectively with the entire JasonL sales team, project managers and operations team to ensure a seamless customer experience from showroom visits to order delivery.Account Management:CRM: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for any walk-ins.Product Education: Stay updated on industry trends and JasonL offerings to provide clients with up-to-date information and recommendations.Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their office furniture needs.Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and additional services to existing and new clients.Territory Growth: Help to drive territory expansion in alignment with JasonL''s annual budget objectives and targets.Orders and Quotes: Prepare accurate quotes and process orders, ensuring a timely response rate and maintaining the CRM system.Order Management: Assist customers with revisions, follow-ups, processing orders accurately, and coordinating delivery and installation schedules.Phone Manners: Ensure all phone calls are answered without any delay to maintain a high response rate and customer experience.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Achieve KPIs as outlined in the Sales Reward and Territory Management Plan.Collaborate with the showroom team to track progress towards KPIs.Work towards achieving sales goals and contribute to the growth and success of the showroom territory.Other Duties The above list is not exhaustive and the role may change to meet the needs of the business.This job description serves to illustrate the scope and responsibilities of the post and is not intended to be an exhaustive list of duties.
