Job descriptionJob SummaryWorking hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am 5pmSalary: 25,000 to 27,000 (dependant on experience)We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Traffic Management Coordinator to join our team. Our client, Openreach operates the largest fibre broadband network in the UK. The Co-Ordinator role involves allocating, planning, and assigning jobs to suppliers. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to maintain effective relationships with various stakeholders. The Traffic Management Coordinator will play a crucial role in optimising all processes within the department.ResponsibilitiesProcessing and creating works into diaries.Liaising with councils and external sub-contractors to ensure traffic management is booked and in place.Monitor the TM photos inbox.Supporting the TM Commercial team in any tasks that may occur.Ensuring that all systems are kept up to date with accurate information.Updating TM Works Diary, including application of resource.Receive/respond to TM request forms.Create/update job packs.Create quotes & invoices, log data and send to relevant parties.Update, collate and chase fuel receipts/defect sheets.Update/chase audits.Liaise with council for various applications.ExperienceExperience in a Co-Ordinator role preferred but not essential.Intermediate level of Excel.Ability to manage multiple workloads.Strong planning and organisational skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Telecoms knowledge and scheduling experience would be advantageous.Diversity StatementMJ Quinn is committed to promoting an environment that values diversity.
