Locum Vet Nurse Brisbane & Gold Coast RegionAre you a qualified and experienced Veterinary Nurse looking for casual shifts across the Brisbane or Gold Coast region?We are currently accepting expressions of interest from qualified and experienced Vet Nurses seeking casual hours to suit their lifestyle, study or family needs.As part of the VetPartners Locum Vet Nurse network, this true casual role will receive notification of shifts available across the Brisbane city and wider region, where you can choose shifts based on your availability and preferences.How Do I Become A Locum Vet NurseDemonstrate your experience in Surgical and Hospital CarePossess excellent Customer Care, Triage and Reception skillsHave experience using EzyVet or RxWorks or are a quick systems learnerHappy to accept shifts from 3hrs to 10hrs, at short notice or in advanceAvailable on Weekdays and/or SaturdaysPayrate based on experience note some shifts may attract a higher payrate or travel allowance depending on coverage need.Our Ideal CandidatesMust hold Cert IV Veterinary Nurse or Veterinary Technician qualificationConfident nursing skills with high standards of clinical careExcellent communicator with great initiativeGenuine care for the industry and our patientsA collaborative style with team focused work ethicWe acknowledge that some applicants may have another primary workplace and only wish to pick up shifts when available.To be considered you must hold Australian work rights, with a minimum of two years in-clinic experience post-graduation.
