Exciting opportunity to join the Finance Controls & Accounting team as a maternity leave cover!Temporary full-time opportunity (up to 2 years)Role based in Parramatta/Sydney, with flexible/hybrid working environment.Clerk Grade 5/6, Salary relative to experience ($97,027 to $107,059) + superAbout the roleReporting to the Manager, Finance Controls & Accounting, the key responsibilities of this role include (but are not limited to):Carry out financial management and administrative tasks using appropriate systems and processes, to meet financial, governance and delivery outcomes.Provide financial project support, including monitoring and reporting on project milestones and deliverables, to ensure time, cost and quality indicators are in line with approved budgets and objectives.Update and collate documentation and to ensure project reporting complies with agreed project management methodology.Communicate with relevant stakeholders to provide updates regarding project financial status.Provide a range of financial services, to support project management and delivery.Collaborate with peers to share learnings, develop efficient work practices, and assist in crisis events in other local or regional areas.What were looking forWere preferably looking for someone who has a proven track record in financial management, specifically, with checking and validating project reporting and providing exceptional customer service.You will have a strong eye for detail on financial data.
