Join the Zeal Digital Team as a Business Development Manager (BDM) with On-Target Earnings (OTE) between $100K$130K, including base salary and commission.Were on the hunt for an enthusiastic Sydney-based Business Development Manager to help expand our growing client base and drive long-term success for the business. Youll be at the forefront of building relationships and securing new business opportunitiesyour dedication and strategic approach will be key to our growth.What Youll Do:Strategy Development: Create and execute strategies that drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales, increasing customer satisfaction, and expanding our client base.Research & Identify New Opportunities: Explore and identify new markets, customer needs, and potential clients who would benefit from our digital marketing services.Sales Engagement & Conversion: Work with warm leads to engage with business owners across Sydney. You''ll offer our services, build trust, and turn these leads into valuable business relationships.Client-Centric Promotion: Showcase our products and services, addressing client needs and proactively solving their challenges to ensure a positive experience.Contracts & Administration: Prepare sales contracts, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and invoices.Client Relationship Building: Cultivate long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients. Your ability to nurture these relationships will keep clients coming back for more.What Were Looking For:Location: Must be Sydney-based with full working rights in Australia.Proven Sales Experience: You have a solid business development or sales background, with a strong track record of closing deals and consistently meeting targets.B2B and Marketing Expertise: Experience in B2B sales, particularly within digital marketing, is highly valued. You understand how to pitch services that align with business needs.Effective Communication: You excel in phone and in-person interactions, with exceptional speaking and presentation skills.
