SkyCity Adelaide is currently looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our People & Culture team on a permanent basis.About the roleReporting to our People Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in leveraging data to drive strategic decision making within the People & Culture function. This role is responsible for collecting, analysing and interpreting workforce data to provide insights that enhance employee experience, improve HR processes and support business objectives.This role will work closely with HR, leadership and cross functional teams to ensure data integrity, and to develop dashboards and deliver reports that inform talent management, workforce planning, diversity and inclusion, employee engagement and performance metrics. By transforming complex data into actionable insights, this role helps shape polices and initiatives that foster a high performing, engaged and inclusive workforce.About youYou will be skilled in all things workforce data and have prior experience in a similar role data analysis role. Your experience will be coupled with qualifications in business intelligence or analytics (or related field), which will ensure you are highly proficient in Excel, SQL and other business intelligence tools, including PowerBI. You will apply your analytical and critical thinking skills with integrity and will have an excellent ability to collaborate and build relationships with a range of key stakeholders.
