We seek a volunteer to coordinate Gecko Talks to be held at Currumbin RSL on the 4th Wed of each month from 6 - 8 p.m. The talks will align topics with Geckos vision and raise community awareness.The RoleThe role (approx. 4 hrs/week) includes attending the Gecko talks.Duties include:Booking speakersLiaising and communicating with Currumbin RSLPreparing promotional detailsBeing proficient with relevant computer softwareLiaising with Gecko reps to introduce speakersCreating and maintaining recordsWe need a multi-tasker who builds rapport, plans events, communicates with stakeholders, and is an independent team member interested in promoting environmental awareness within the community.Need to KnowIn-house training provided.
