Assist in the preparation and submission of compliance reports, audit documentation, and regulatory filings. Manage document control, including tracking approvals, version control, and filing compliance-related documents. Support incident management processes by recording, tracking, and following up on actions. Assist in maintaining registers for restrictive practices, WHS incidents, and other compliance-related matters.Desktop Audits & Reporting Conduct regular desktop audits to monitor adherence to compliance requirements. Analyse compliance trends, incidents, and audit findings to identify potential risks and areas for improvement. Generate routine and ad-hoc compliance reports, dashboards, and data summaries to support decision-making. Monitor key compliance indicators and escalate concerns to the Participant Excellence and Compliance Manager as needed.Policy & Process Management Assist in drafting and updating policies, procedures, and compliance checklists. Support internal training initiatives by preparing materials and tracking staff participation. Maintain records of staff compliance with training, certifications, and background checks. Track and follow up on action items from audits, investigations, and regulatory reviews.General Compliance & Risk Support Respond to basic compliance-related inquiries from internal teams. Support the resolution of minor compliance issues by providing relevant documentation and guidance. Assist in the management of compliance-related registers, ensuring they are up to date. Help with the coordination of compliance-related meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minutes.Must Haves This role is open to Filipino citizens residing in the Philippines only. Experience in compliance administration, risk management, or governance (preferably in the NDIS, healthcare, or regulatory sectors).
