You will lead the team to drive growth, exceed targets, and deliver outstanding results. Your leadership skills will be key in inspiring and managing teams across multiple services, ensuring a collaborative and high-performing environment.ResponsibilitiesAs a Branch Manager, you will enjoy a day including:Inspiring and motivating your team to maximise their potentialBuilding and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their needs and support sales staffPlanning and driving marketing of branch services and products and playing an active role in campaigns, field days, client nights, and community eventsPrioritising the safety of your staff and clients, and actively contributing to Elders zero-harm cultureCoaching and mentoring staff in identifying and developing new sales opportunitiesUnderstanding financial reporting to aid decision-making and managing growth and cost focusAbout youTo excel at Elders, you have:Experience leading dynamic sales teams and an understanding of agricultural servicesStrong business and financial acumen with the ability to interpret and prepare P&L reportsPassion for building strong relationships, internally and externally, creating a positive and collaborative team environmentProficiency with the Microsoft suite and strong communication skills, verbally and writtenQualifications in Business Management/Agriculture (preferred)About EldersAs a trusted Australian agribusiness, we have played an important role in the agricultural sector for 185 years.
