With continued growth we now have an opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team in the Gold Coast region.Our People and Value PropositionWe focus on attracting and retaining talented individuals while promoting a fantastic culture with a suite of employee value propositions that include an annual conference and awards night, access to Executive Health Solution program, Rohrig social club, and opportunities to upskill and develop your career to its full potential.Our Role:Rohrig has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to be a part of a $40M plus new build project in the Palm Beach region of the Gold Coast.The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key duties:Key Responsibilities:Manage all phases of the project lifecycle to meet client objectivesLead the development of project briefs, implement procurement protocols, and manage the tender process through to contract awardOversee the appointment of consultants on behalf of clients, in collaboration with project staffAssist in the preparation of programs for design, construction, and general project deliveryAdvise clients on the most suitable design and construction options, providing clear and concise reportsManage the handover process, including defect rectification and operational training as requiredWhat Sets You Apart:Bachelor''s Degree of Project or Construction ManagementProven experience as a Project ManagerStrong knowledge and hands-on experience with various delivery methodologies, including Head Contract, ECI, and Design & Construct modelsIdeally experience in multi-residential and commercial construction projectsStrong commercial and financial acumenExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong listening abilitiesProfessional presentation and a positive, proactive attitudeExperience managing projects from planning and design through to procurement and handoverDemonstrated ability to develop and nurture business and personal relationshipsIf you are a results-driven Project Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality projects, we would love to hear from you.Seniority levelNot ApplicableEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionProject ManagementIndustriesConstruction #J-18808-Ljbffr
