Home Ice Cream is hiringVan Sales Operatorsfor our Sunshine Coast Depot in Kunda Park, QLD.Whether youre experienced in retail or just starting out, we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.About the RoleAs a Van Sales Operator, youll be the face of Home Ice Cream, delivering quality products and exceptional service to our loyal customers. If youre well-presented, customer-focused, and enjoy working autonomously, this role is for you.What Your Day Looks Like:Delivering pre-packaged ice cream products door-to-door in suburban streets, using a system perfected over 30 years.Engaging with customers to achieve satisfaction and repeat sales.Managing your truck, including ordering and loading products (small cartons under 5kg).Working hours:Tuesday to Friday: 12:15 noon to 8:45 pm.Saturday: 9:30 am to 6 pm (approx. 40 hours per week).What Were Looking For:A big smile and a positive attitude.Self-motivation, problem-solving skills, and reliability.Previous customer service experience (preferred but not essential).Neat and professional presentation.Good English and the ability to process payments accurately.Confidence in navigating streets and suburban or regional areas using a territory route book.Whats in It for You:Full-time position.Onsite training and uniforms provided.A supportive management team based in Brisbane, readily available to assist and guide you whenever needed.Why Join Home Ice Cream?Weve been bringing smiles to communities for over 36 years and pride ourselves on creating a respectful and enjoyable workplace.
