This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 0800 - 1600 with 3 days at the Weary Dunlop village and 2 days at Hubert Opperman village.Our maintenance team are more than just handy people. They work closely with residents and the village team to ensure the safety, repair and appearance of buildings, equipment, facilities and grounds. From hanging residents'' treasured pictures in their homes to undertaking refurbishments within our apartments; the opportunities are endless at Ryman.In this role you will:Work in a team providing the village with an effective maintenance/preventative maintenance service ensuring the safety, repair and appearance of buildings, equipment, facilities and grounds.Assist residents in their homes with repairs and maintenance.Ensure that all health and safety policies are adhered to, to ensure the safety of residents, staff and visitors.About YouTo thrive in our varied environment you will have:Previous experience in a Maintenance role, a trade qualification or just completed an apprenticeship.Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude.Proven customer service skills and ability to build rapport with residents.The ability to work in a team environment or autonomously as required.Reliable, friendly and professional manner.About RymanWelcome to Ryman!
