They partner with clients to provide safe, sustainable, and innovative services, from mine planning and operations to rehabilitation, with a commitment to safety, efficiency, and environmental services.What you will be doingAs the Purchasing Lead, you will work closely with the internal purchasing hub to ensure high-quality service delivery while maintaining compliance with standardized processes and procedures.Your role will include:Setting and managing KPIsAllocating resources for operational activitiesProcurementProviding training on purchasing policies and systems, and addressing procedural issues through targeted interventions.What you will needYou will need to have leadership experience to assist with setting performance expectations, conducting reviews, and coaching team members to meet KPIs while upskilling and addressing underperformance when necessary.
