In addition, we are proud to offer:Performance based bonus eligibility of up to 15% of total packageFlexible working arrangements, including ability to work from home 2 days per week16 weeks paid parental leave for the primary carer or 4 weeks as the secondary carerAdditional paid volunteering and office closure leaveFlexibility to utilise public holiday leave entitlements for other cultural celebrations15 days personal/carers leave per yearThe OpportunityThe HSE Field Advisor is predominantly a field-based role and is accountable for providing ElectraNet with HSE advice, including projects.The role is required to manage and respond effectively to the complex and multilayered field activities and be able to deal with and ensure HSE controls are in place, are effective and appropriately managed. A key component of the role is exercising independent professional judgement, high-level influencing and, if required, intervention on the effectiveness of HSE controls and management by contractors.Furthermore, the role will support and contribute to the implementation of effective HSE inspections and audit programs applicable to internal systems and external contractors to ensure processes are performed in an acceptable manner. In this role, you will be capable of working for extended periods independently and you will be accountable for contributing technical advice and operational support.Success in this role is characterised by an ability to build relationships across internal and external stakeholder groups and providing high-quality HSE advice.About YouHere is what we are looking for in our new Team Member:Continuous experience in a similar field based HSE position, within a similar industry (as a guide, approximately 5+ years);Demonstrated experience in site HSE management including coaching, mentoring and skills development;Significant experience with field HSE analytical and inspection skills;Demonstrated experience in the application of relevant OHS and environmental management legislation;Expert knowledge of contemporary HSE practices and key issues;Strong analytical, investigation and problem-solving skills;Utilisation of ICAM (Incident Cause Analysis Method) or similar, including conducting and leading investigation teams;Demonstrated experience in the management of HSE information systems.How To ApplyPlease apply online via our careers page before Wednesday 19 February 2025.
