We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented NDIS Plan Manager to join our team and be based in Macksville. In this role, you will be responsible for managing local clients NDIS plans of participants, helping them to maximise their funding, and ensuring compliance with NDIS requirements, as well as supporting our wider team. Provide clients with regular financial updates and reports.Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, service providers, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication about funding and payments.Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation for each participant, including NDIS Plans and Service Agreements.Project Coordination: Oversee multiple projects, ensuring efficient and effective use of NDIS funding.Onboarding & Follow-Up: Lead the onboarding process for new participants and follow up on referrals and enquiries.Collaboration: Work with other Catalyst Plan Management team members and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of services.Performance Monitoring: Continuously evaluate the Plan Management divisions performance and strive to improve results.NDIS Knowledge: Understanding of NDIS financial processes, guidelines, and compliance standards.Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in financial documentation and reporting.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to engage with clients, service providers, and stakeholders.If youre looking for a role that offers variety, strong professional support, and the opportunity to truly make a difference in your clients lives, wed love to hear from you!Who we are?At Lifetime Connect our vision is building strength in individuals, families and communities.
