Were on the lookout for an enthusiastic retail or hospitality manager to help lead our amazing team.In this role, youll partner with the Assistant Store Manager and receive support from Senior Management to ensure the store runs like a well-oiled machine. Youll be hands-on in recruiting and onboarding new team members, while also providing ongoing training to keep the energy high. Leading from the front, youll deliver exceptional customer service and maintain our stunning visual presentation standards.About you:Youve got a knack for leading a team and hitting those KPIs! With a customer-centric mindset, youll help build a loyal base of returning customers. Your bubbly personality will contribute to a positive and vibrant store culture that everyone loves.
