We solve complex problems by finding integrated data-centric solutions from the first stages of engineering and consulting to the last stages of installation and commissioning.Join us and help drive innovation and sustainability in our projects.What youll doThe role responsibilities include:Demonstrate full commitment to health and safety, providing safety leadership to the project team.Engage and lead multi-disciplinary, multi-location project team members, defining roles, responsibilities, and performance targets.Set clear project objectives, including scope, schedule, productivity, and budget targets.Ensure adherence to Worley and/or customer methodologies, processes, tools, and compliance requirements throughout the project.Oversee project execution by applying knowledge of engineering, procurement, quality control, and other disciplines.Manage project contract details, ensuring effective project oversight and delivery.Track project cost, schedule, and design deliverables, using analytical skills to forecast trends and end of phase/project outcomes.Ensure proper change control and understand contract terms.Onboard sub-contractors and execution contractors and manage them to achieving project objectives.What youll haveTertiary qualification in Engineering.Based in, or willingness to relocate to Newcastle, NSW.Ability to travel and spend time onsite, often 2-3 days a week with the potential for fulltime at peak project activity.Demonstrated PM experience leading small and medium projects or portions of large projects.Experience working in an EPCM and EPC contracting model.Brownfields project delivery experience, including having spent significant periods of time onsite.Advanced understanding of systems, processes and tools related to the field.Can organise information from many sources and retain as per the prescribed format and policies.Why you should applyTake advantage of our global online learning platform!Competitive remuneration & employee benefits.Enjoy a varied & challenging role.Career development opportunities beyond this role.Moving forward togetherWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
